Winemaking Classes

Once a year, usually just prior to grape harvest season, we run "Introduction to Winemaking" classes that explain and demonstrate the basic principles involved in winemaking. This is a 'hands on' course run over two consecutive Saturday mornings.
A basic winemaking kit is supplied as part of the course and at the end of the two classes you will be well on the way to making your first 6 bottles of wine.
Experienced guild members will be available to answer any questions you may have and they will provide wine for tasting and evaluation. As part of the course you:-
