Winemaking Classes

Once a year, usually just prior to grape harvest season, we run "Introduction to Winemaking" classes that explain and demonstrate the basic principles involved in winemaking. This is a 'hands on' course run over two consecutive Saturday mornings.
A basic winemaking kit is supplied as part of the course and at the end of the two classes you will be well on the way to making your first 6 bottles of wine.
Experienced guild members will be available to answer any questions you may have and they will provide wine for tasting and evaluation.
